Food for Life: How Foods Fight Cancer

During this 4-week course, Ineke Ojanen, registered dietician, will demonstrate 3 different recipes during each class that are affordable, low fat and plant based. They’re also delicious and satisfying! You will have an opportunity to sample all the food and gain some important nutrition education along the way.
