Congratulations to Emmanuel (Manny) Rodriguez, Mr. Toppenish 2011, and to Nestor Guadarrama, Mr. Congeniality.  The Mr. Toppenish contestants and coordinators, with the support of family, friends and the community, raised $7,005 to benefit Children’s Village and Memorial Hospital’s NICU.
