National Get Fit Don’t Sit Day, sponsored by the American Diabetes Association, is your opportunity to get up and get moving!
The ADA recommends breaking up sitting with three or more minutes of physical activity every 30 minutes.
So, take a walk, do some sit-ups or jumping jacks.
Just get out of that chair every half hour!
